How it works
Simple steps to bring your landscape to life
Complete the quick form below to share your vision with us. Give us as little or as much info as you like. Upload a screenshot, GPX files, or just a description, and we'll get to work.
We review your request and ensure we can produce what you are wanting. We'll confirm your order and attach a screenshot of a proposed crop of the area, for your approval.
Once that's approved, we'll send through a secure Shopify invoice (fully refundable if you don't receive your model). This can be paid via card, Shop Pay, or bank transfer.
Craft & Dispatch
We will send you a final digital proof for your sign-off before printing begins. Once approved, we print, hand-paint any trails, frame, and ship your model to you free of charge.
Your own trails are 3D modelled and hand painted onto your terrain. All we need is a simple screenshot, GPX data, or the name of the trail you'd like modelled.
Not all custom models have to include a trail. Terrain editions prioritize the composition of your chosen landscape, and only require a simple screenshot or description of the area.

Nationwide elevation data is available across all of New Zealand, while approximately 80% of the country also has higher-resolution LiDAR coverage.
This can make an enormous difference in quality, especially if the area you would like modelled is relatively small. The larger the area, the less this resolution gap matters. We have very strict standards of quality, therefore, we assess all custom job requests manually to ensure they can meet our premium quality standards.
Every custom model is priced at our flat rate of $130.00. This completely covers the bespoke 3D terrain modeling, hand-painting, premium framing, Free Tracked NZ Shipping, and our commitment to donate 10% to NZ conservation. There are absolutely no hidden design or setup fees.
Lead times for custom orders are typically 1-2 weeks, depending on demand. If you need your artwork urgently, please check the relevant checkbox on the custom request form and inform us of the required delivery date. Orders from our collection are dispatched within 2 days.

Custom artwork is created specifically for you, so change-of-mind returns may not be available once you have accepted the proof and paid the invoice.
This does not affect your rights if the artwork arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
Free Tracked NZ Shipping on every order. Models from our main collection are dispatched the very next business day. For custom orders, crafting begins the moment you approve your digital 3D proof. Standard delivery across Aotearoa typically takes 2–4 business days via NZPOST.
