HOW IT WORKS
Simple steps to bring your landscape to life
Submission
Complete the form below. Tell us what you would like modelled and upload any relevant information, such as screenshots, GPX data, links, or a description of the area.
Assessment
We review all of the information you have provided, check available terrain data, and assess any reference images/data you have uploaded.
Approval
You will receive a confirmation email with a secure Shopify invoice attached. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
Completion
Once payment clears we will begin modelling your terrain. You will receive multiple stage proofs for your approval. All orders are shipped free of charge within NZ.
Trail Edition
Your own trails are 3D modelled and hand painted onto your terrain. All we need is a simple screenshot, GPX data, or the name of the trail you'd like modelled.
Terrain Edition
Not all custom models have to include a trail. Terrain editions prioritize the composition of your chosen landscape, and only require a simple screenshot or description of the area.
Frequently asked questions
Can I create any location?
Technically yes.
However, not all locations are scanned equally. 100% of New Zealand is scanned at an 8 meter resolution. Only 80% is scanned at a much higher 1 meter resolution.
This can make an enormous difference in quality, especially if the area you would like modelled is relatively small. The larger the area, the less this resolution gap matters. We have very strict standards of quality, therefore, we asses all custom job requests manually to ensure they can meet our premium quality standards.
How much does a custom model cost?
All custom jobs are priced at the same flat rate of $180.00. This is the same price as our own collection and also includes free shipping within NZ.
When will I get my order?
Lead times are typically 1-2 weeks. If you need your artwork urgently, please check the relevant checkbox on the custom request form and inform us of the required delivery date.
Where are your models made?
All of our models are designed, printed, and assembled in Hawke's Bay New Zealand. We are proudly NZ made - this will never change.
Can I cancel or return a custom model?
Custom artwork is created specifically for you, so change-of-mind returns may not be available.
Cancellation may also not be possible once modelling or production has begun. This does not affect your rights if the artwork arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
